So happy with the attentiveness, and kindness of MAC. I had been struggling for months with hormonal issues, and finally, finally, finally was not told that it is "just normal". My issues were looked into, and an action plan was formed. Everything was thoroughly discussed, and I finally felt heard.

The staff are friendly and the environment is welcoming, organized, and smells amazing! The supplements are high quality and goods are unique. The HRT program is great. Shelbi is thorough and makes recommendations that are specific to my needs. She also looked at the supplements I was taking and weeded out the ones that have ingredients that are counter productive to my health goals. She also made recommendations of new supplements that would be beneficial.

My physician (who also works at MAC) prescribed LDN for my Covid induced neuropathy and it has changed my life! Works waaaaaay better than Gabapentin. I am so thankful for this place for making LDN. The staff is always very nice and fun when I am there. And their shopping area is always cute and fun.
